Nonnewaug High School GradNite is a safe, sober, alcohol and drug-free celebration for graduating seniors that is organized by parents and celebrated on graduation night. NHS parents have been organizing this event for Nonnewaug High School seniors since 1998 and it continues to be a highlight for many students and parents during the senior year. This is a pay-it-forward event involving planning and preparation from parents of all grade levels.
We welcome parents of freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors to volunteer. Meetings are held regularly at 7:00 p.m. in Room 453 in the agriscience building — the schedule is posted on our home page.
